The philosophy behind the construction of the Mini Plane is to make a paramotor that is lightweight, quiet,  and uses a small 80cc engine with a centrifugal friction clutch.  Perfect for lighter pilots under 170 pounds who don't need to carry the weight of a more powerful engine.
